SHIPPING & HANDLING
Because all of our jewelry is handmade to order, please allow up to two (2) to five (5) business days for your order to ship. We ship all orders via Fed Ex Ground, unless an expedited delivery is requested for an additional cost.
RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from SarVera LLC. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have only the option of receiving a merchandise credit:
Return your item(s) for a full merchandise credit applicable to any future order (excluding shipping costs). Return must be postmarked within five (5) days of date of original receipt.
Additionally, if an item is defective within the first thirty (30) days of your purchase, SarVera LLC agrees to repair it at no cost, provided it has not been subjected to abnormally harsh use (indicated by large scratches, gouges and/or abrasions). All return packages are to be prepaid, clearly marked with assigned RA (‘return authorization’) number, and securely shipped. SarVera LLC cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
In order to obtain an RA number, a written request must first be made via email to: info@sarvera.com. If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused.

SHIPPING RISK
SarVera LLC only assumes responsibility for a shipment while the item is in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. SarVera LLC will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are the fault of anyone but SarVera LLC and will not be held responsible for its choice of shipping carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
While we try to be as accurate as possible when naming, describing or pricing a product, SarVera LLC does not guarantee that product descriptions and product prices are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or error-free. SarVera LLC will not be held responsible in any way for typographical errors, including errors in pricing or errors in descriptions. If you have received a product from SarVera LLC that does not appear how it was/is described on its website, your only recourse is to return the item in unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item is in used condition.

WHOLESALE POLICY
When placing a wholesale order with SarVera LLC, customer acknowledges that they are entering into a mutually beneficial relationship involving mutual trust. All SarVera LLC orders are produced specifically for each retailer. All order returns, exchanges and credits are at the discretion of SarVera LLC and must be discussed directly with SarVera LLC prior to shipping items back to SarVera LLC headquarters. Charge-backs are not accepted. Returns for unsold merchandise are not accepted. All wholesale sales are final. Credits are at the discretion of SarVera LLC. Items received damaged in shipment may be exchanged for replacement of same item. Items damaged while in store on display are exchangeable for replacement of same item within thirty (30) days of receipt - store must send back item as well as pay shipping. Items returned by customer due to damages may be replaced as per discretion of SarVera LLC.

TERMS
• Opening orders have a $150 minimum. No minimum applies to reorders
• First time customers must prepay orders. We accept checks and charges on VISA, MC, and American Express
• We will ship orders out in 4-6 weeks, and more quickly when we are able
• We accept returns if goods are found to be damaged or defective and when intent to return is reported to us and approved within thirty (30) days of your receipt of order. We will replace the item as promptly as possible or a credit will be applied to your account. No refunds. We will not accept returns of items that have been used by the customer or that are damaged due to mishandling after they have left our hands
